Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Financial and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position based in Raurkela, Odisha, India, is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate and up-to-date store inventory records.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and inventory management.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range

₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum.
