We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and closing net new business in the BMS & IBMS project sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and order booking targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local consultants, HVAC contractors, builders, developers, hospitality partners, and healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the BMS industry and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Manage tenders and handle project sales from lead to order closure.
  • Responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in BMS & IBMS project sales.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing net new business.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience pricing systems for customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
  • Region handling - Greater Punjab.
