Job Overview:

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of technology project management or delivery management experience.
  • Four years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
  • One year of transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric initiatives, encompassing areas such as inclusion and belonging, skills development, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and overall talent optimization.

Preferred qualifications include understanding of product team practices, experience leading matrixed teams, and supporting multi-geographical teams.
