Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer-Analyst to drive creative and contemporary ideas into solid design and impact.

The successful candidate will have a key role in designing and deploying creative campaigns with global clients, including Fortune 50 companies.

  • Assessing creative briefs and using effective ideation to produce unique concepts that meet client strategic goals.
  • Built layouts based on solid design principles and articulating rationale for creative decisions.
  • Working efficiently to deliver multiple project timelines from kick-off to final delivery.
  • Developing dynamic automated creative in print, digital & social channels.
  • Understanding atomic design principles and their application to creative templates.
  • Functioning well as part of a team, amending designs to account for client comments, and gaining full approval.
  • Delivering high-quality work that reflects professionalism and strengthens our company's reputation.
  • Maintaining a commitment to client requests by meeting design deadlines.
  • Representing the design department in resolving design change requests from departments and clients.
  • Providing professional design consultation (expert advice) to internal departments and/or clients for design projects.
  • Helping determine the best design techniques to meet client expectations.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency handling motion graphics, graphic design, and presentation design work.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma/certificate (graphic design or related degree preferred).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft PowerPoint, including fonts and typefaces.
  • Strong creative thinking skills with an interest in and understanding of brand campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work within timing and budgetary constraints.
  • Efficient communication skills, excellent organizational skills.
