Overview of the Graphic Design Position

Role Description:

As a skilled Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for driving creative ideas and translating them into impactful designs. This exciting role involves collaborating with global clients, including prominent Fortune 50 companies, to deliver innovative visual solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working efficiently to deliver projects within tight timelines, from kick-off to final delivery.

  • Ensuring adherence to client brand strategies, marketing goals, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Functioning effectively as part of a team, incorporating client feedback, and gaining full approval.

  • Delivering high-quality work that reflects professionalism and enhances our company's reputation.

  • Staying informed about industry trends and pushing the boundaries of design technique and style to maintain freshness.

  • Meeting design deadlines to uphold commitments to client requests.

  • Representing the design department in resolving design-related issues and providing professional consultation services.

  • Collaborating to determine the best design approaches to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies handling motion graphics, graphic design, and presentation design work.

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma/certificate in graphic design or a related field.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint, including fonts and typefaces.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing industries.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects concurrently.

  • Efficient communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Qualifications: Experience in motion graphics, graphic design, and presentation design; expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud; knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing industries.
