Visual Creative Specialist

Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will have a key role in translating creative ideas into solid design and impactful visual elements. You will be responsible for designing and deploying creative campaigns with global clients, including Fortune 50 companies.
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore & Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:- Design custom presentation decks and mockups with attention to color, composition, typography, kerning, and grid usage.
- Develop templates and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
- Create adaptation/campaign guidelines to maintain campaign quality throughout multiple markets.
- Collaborate with strategy, brand, and design teams to optimize workflow and creative output.
- Produce digital and print-ready artwork.
- Manage time and files accurately.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Able to connect the dots between briefs, graphic design, and DTP mechanics to create visually stunning presentations.
- Constantly evolving knowledge in print, design, and presentation building.
- Solid understanding of printing and digital color profiles.
- Ability to independently manage projects and provide support to designers.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
- Fluent English speaker. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
