Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara.

  • This specialist will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including graphics, logos, and branding materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, experience in logo design, branding, and visual identity, excellent knowledge of typography, layouts, and color theory, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Responsibilities

The Visual Creative Specialist will:

  1. Develop digital and print marketing assets that meet brand standards.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing, web, and development teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  3. Maintain consistency in brand visuals across multiple platforms.
  4. Contribute ideas and creative direction to projects and campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful as a Visual Creative Specialist, you will need:

  • Strong visual and design sense with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Canva for quick creative turnaround, basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & SEO concepts, awareness of current design trends and social media creatives, and experience with motion graphics / video editing are all desirable qualities for this role.

Location and Work Environment

This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
