Human Resources Internship Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Intern to support our team with daily tasks and ongoing recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how things work across recruitment and employee experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process across different teams, including Design, Copywriting, Account Management, Performance Marketing, and more.
  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach:
  • Help find potential candidates on job platforms and social media.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain effective communication throughout the process.
  • Manage ATS & Trackers:
  • Keep our applicant tracking system and internal spreadsheets up to date with the latest hiring information.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and drive the recruitment process forward.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment, a deeper understanding of how recruitment and HR operations work, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

In addition, you will have access to regular learning sessions and conversations with our founders, which will further enhance your skillset and perspective.
