Financial Expert Wanted

We seek a highly skilled professional with expertise in financial accounting principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial reporting and a proven track record in month-end closing, compliance, and financial statement preparation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with established standards.
  • Month-End Closure: Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Revenue and Expense Management: Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and compliance.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Internal Control and Compliance: Assist in designing and implementing SOPs across the organization to ensure compliance and control.
  • Technology Tools and ERP Implementation: Opportunity to implement technology tools and ERP systems to improve employee productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.
  • In-depth knowledge of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS is essential.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GST compliances and return filings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
