Lead Accounts Payable Team

Hello,

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Accounts Payable team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage daily workflow among team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Invoice Process Management: Effectively manage a team of invoice processors, ensuring seamless processing and minimal errors.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exception Handling: Identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions in a timely manner, minimizing impact on operations.
  • Critical Issue Escalation: Swiftly escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal/external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in team leadership, including expertise in accounts payable functions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office, as well as advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Oracle Fusion Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Commerce (M.Com/MBA preferred) will be advantageous in this role.
