We're seeking a seasoned expert in AI and Machine Learning to spearhead our cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

This leadership position involves overseeing solution architecture, mentoring junior team members, and driving AI strategy and execution to unlock business value through enhanced safety, optimized asset utilization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models using deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques.
  • Implement and manage MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Manage big data infrastructure and platforms, such as Spark, Databricks, and Hadoop.
  • Ensure AI ethics, governance, compliance with industry standards, and explainability.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to foster skill development and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI/ML trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated domain expertise in Oil & Gas.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, C++, and ML framework mastery.
  • Expertise in cloud-based ML platforms, MLOps, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
