Job Title: AI/ML Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional in artificial intelligence and machine learning to excel in a role that leverages their skills in data analysis, modeling, and implementation.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and optimize costs across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in requirement gathering, elicitation, prioritization, and validation for AI/ML use cases related to exploration and production, operations and maintenance, and health, safety, and environment.
  • Develop and validate machine learning models using classification, regression, and clustering techniques.
  • Prepare and cleanse data, perform feature engineering, and support exploratory data analysis to inform AI/ML model development.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines leveraging big data platforms like Apache Spark and Databricks.
  • Collaborate in AI/ML model deployment and maintenance, including automated retraining and performance optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical use, and data security policies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure key performance indicators such as downtime reduction and process optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML with some industry exposure preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
