Job Title

A proactive Technical Operations Specialist is required to ensure the stability and efficiency of our business systems.

This role involves collaborating with vendors, implementing changes, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will work closely with service management teams to analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Making key decisions for the team.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex technical issues affecting immediate and multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Nutanix Administration.
  • Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and best practices.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration.
  • 15 years full-time education.

Working Environment:

This position is based at our office.
