About the Role:

This role involves leading a team of experts in developing and delivering ServiceNow capabilities, driving business growth, and ensuring operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in leading global teams, managing multiple accounts with P&L responsibility, and driving delivery of successful client implementations.
  • Develop proactive relationships with clients, stay up-to-date on business and market conditions, and create innovative insights for customers.
  • Build expertise on new product areas, create thought leadership documents, and collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, including creating talent acquisition strategies and plans.
  • Employee experience, including driving high-touch employee engagement, mentoring junior talent, and building high-performing teams.
  • Financial and operational effectiveness, including strong revenue and cost management expertise.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of experience with 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders in a global environment.
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
