Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead cross-functional projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning critical projects end-to-end, turning ideas into tangible outcomes, and building systems that ensure smooth operations.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing fixes and automation.
  • Maintaining alignment across teams, whether through running standups, writing documentation, or ensuring the team's collective efforts are directed towards a common goal.
  • Being willing to roll up one's sleeves and tackle tasks of any size or complexity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a startup, operations, product, growth, or similar environment.
  • A bias towards action and clarity, with the ability to get to the point and achieve results.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, with the capacity to make informed decisions without perfect information.
  • A generalist mindset, with a willingness to handle a variety of tasks and excel in each area.
  • A preference for building and creating rather than maintaining existing systems.
