ASIC Test Engineering Position

We are seeking a skilled ASIC test engineer to develop and implement test strategies for advanced semiconductor devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create test plans and procedures for complex digital and analog circuits.
  • Design and implement test fixtures and automation scripts using specialized software.
  • Perform functional and parametric testing of ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and High Voltage Stress Testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test time and support yield analysis.
  • Provide failure analysis support and debug routines as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years of experience in ASIC test engineering.
  • Expertise in SmarTest 8 and Advantest V93000 platforms.
  • Familiarity with IEEE standards for Boundary Scan and BSDL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
