Job Opportunity: Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in AWS to lead the development of our technology foundation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development expertise, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership skills to establish scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications.
  • Architect scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  • Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentor & guide a growing team of developers.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology.

Required Skills:

Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications:

  • React Native React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
  • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Microservices architecture design.

Databases:

  • MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
  • Schema design & optimization.

AWS Cloud & DevOps:

  • Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk.
  • CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS).

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • 3+ years in leading development teams.
  • Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability.
