The online education sector is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a professional Admission Counsellor to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to drive enrollment growth for our Online MBA Program. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Outreach: Develop and execute effective enrolment strategies to attract eligible applicants to the Online MBA Program.
2. Call Handling and Etiquette: Manage calls professionally, from opening to closing, ensuring a positive experience for the prospect learner.
3. Objection Handling: Anticipate, address, and overcome objections raised by the prospect.
4. Closing Techniques: Confidently guide the prospective learner towards enrollment or the next step in the admissions process.
5. Lead Nurturing: Maintain relationships with prospects that may not be ready to enroll immediately, keeping them engaged and informed.
6. Sales Target Orientation: Work towards and achieve enrollment targets.
7. Technology Proficiency: Comfortably use various communication tools (phone, email, video conferencing) and online platforms.
8. Adaptability to New Tools: Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Degree in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or admissions counselling
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, strong organisational and time management skills
