Position Summary:

We're seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence in Pune, India. As a key member of our team, you'll develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform, ensuring lightweight, consistent governance, and alignment with industry practices.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, design, and develop solutions, test, and deploy them into production.
  • Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce declarative or programmatic tools.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Sales concepts, such as campaign management, lead conversion, opportunity lifecycle, account, and contact management.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver Customer Support solutions using Service Cloud best practices for case management automation, console components, milestones, and knowledge.
  • Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions, presenting complex solutions, options, and benefits to key technical program stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing codebase and system architecture with a focus on scalability, increased efficiency, and automation, reconfiguring and re-architecting current solutions.
  • Meet with internal business stakeholders to determine business, functional, and technical requirements, participating in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades, patches, and new releases.
  • Ensure that processes and operations comply with corporate policy, IT policy, and SOX General Computer Controls.

Requirements:

  • Experience working at fast-growing, global SaaS product companies with annual revenue over $1B.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of work experience in the industry as a developer.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform development (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Expertise in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code, Triggers, Classes, Components, Visualforce components, SOQL, and SOSL languages.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Customer Support and Quote-to-Cash.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
