Product Engineering Manager

A high-caliber Product Engineering Manager is required to drive innovation and deliver top-notch hardware and software products.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead, manage, and report on various engineering projects and activities within the Software Engineering organisation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration across software, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Drive integration readiness for each product milestone.
  • Develop and implement effective engineering processes, governance standards, tools, and templates.

This role requires an experienced Product Engineering Manager to engage with the broader global business. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to and engagement with the global market.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Foster effective use of development, testing, tracking, and communication tools across teams.
  2. Support the Management Team in prioritizing and assigning engineering work across teams.
  3. Provide regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and the broader business on progress, issues, and risks.
  4. Lead technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Requirements include:

  • Resourceful, with strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure.
