The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of minimalistic aesthetics and the ability to craft elegant solutions that resonate with a global audience.

  • Develop refined designs for digital and print platforms that exude simplicity, clarity, and sophistication.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful creative strategies.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering growth while upholding the highest standards of thoughtful and sophisticated design.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, emphasizing clean, intuitive layouts and subtle yet impactful visuals.
  • Stay abreast of global design trends, particularly in luxury aesthetics, and apply them where relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing attention to detail with design integrity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in high-end, elegant, and minimalistic design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is advantageous.
  • Excellent grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and spatial use to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs that communicate the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, demonstrating sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
