Sr. Art Director Position

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Art Director to lead our design team in crafting compelling visual narratives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent storytelling, typography, layout, and branding skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies and visual identities
  • Pitch fresh ideas to clients and stay ahead of the curve by initiating concepts that drive conversations and creative excellence
  • Provide clear art direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers
  • Mentor and grow creative talent, helping shape their skills and design sensibilities
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects without compromising on quality or deadlines
  • Apply a strong understanding of print design and production processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 6+ years of creative/design experience with a strong body of work
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/art director role
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive media
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
  • Prior agency or multi-brand experience
