Supply Chain Planning Consultant

What you'll do for us:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, and technical architecture to drive value proposition.
  • Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues promptly, verifying data accuracy, and validating end-to-end workflows.
  • Identify design issues in existing setups and collaborate with consultants to solve business problems. Serve as the primary point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and hot fixes.
  • Configure the o9 platform based on change requests and enhancements to address deep operations and supply chain problems.
  • Develop and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, work on bugs/issues, and track progress using support tools.
  • Provide training support for Super Users and End Users across a global user base.
  • Assist in improving internal processes and product features through customer feedback interfaces with development and operations teams.

What you'll have:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience implementing planning applications is mandatory.
  • Education: Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech degree.
  • Languages: Proficiency in SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar languages; statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through R, SAS, CPLEX or similar software tools are desirable.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand management, distribution planning, master planning, and S&OP.
  • Characteristics: Strong leadership ability, patient listener, excellent communication skills, and ability to analyze large data sets complemented by intuition to prioritize high-value opportunities and manage risks effectively.
  • Team spirit: Transparency and frequent communication are key at our organization, where hierarchy, distance, or function do not limit collaboration.
