Identity & Access Data Specialist

Job Description

As a pivotal member of the Identity and Access Management – Data Services function, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring user data aggregation to Onecert, following established procedures without deviation, and monitoring activities to guarantee data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Refreshing user data on Onecert periodically, as per defined timelines, to enable effective IAM controls.
  • Extracting, sourcing, converting, and uploading user lists to Onecert.
  • Generating reports and following defined escalation procedures for user list sourcing.
  • Fulfilling requests from business stakeholders for user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implementing Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborating with external teams for user list sourcing and working with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlighting and mitigating risks related to IAM processes and organizational policies.
  • Supporting IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Demonstrating good working etiquette, strong teamwork, and communication within the team.
  • Conducting periodic reviews and exercises related to application security for compliance with current procedures and implementing enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
