Senior Identity Access Management Specialist

As a critical component of our organization, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access to sensitive information systems.
This position requires hands-on experience with identity management systems, focusing on Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified Directory, Active Directory, and LDAP technologies.
- Manage and troubleshoot identity environments, as well as participate in complex integration projects.
- Review and correlate security logs, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage IAM solutions using Radiant Logic's platform, integrating data from AD and LDAP directories.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services.
- Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and mitigate security risks, creating and maintaining F5 UI in AppViewX or other load balancer management tools.
Qualified candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or working with security products/platforms.
