**Job Title:** Network Growth Specialist

The role of a Network Growth Specialist is pivotal in the expansion of our organization's reach and adoption. This position involves leveraging personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to increase bepay's visibility and user base.

We are looking for an individual with experience in network marketing, affiliate growth, or community marketing in the fintech, payments, or Web3 sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage referral-driven growth strategies, including partner collaborations and influencer outreach
  • Develop and execute grassroots adoption campaigns by engaging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Design reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Represent bepay at local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility
  • Educate potential users and partners on bepay's product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, groups, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute campaigns independently
