Job Title: Workday Financials Expert

Location: Remote Opportunity

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials expert to lead comprehensive workstreams for client projects. This role requires exceptional client-facing skills, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently with minimal or no support.

The successful candidate will drive tenant configuration, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Identify risks/issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
  • Deliver within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
  • Workday Financials certification in one or more of: R2 C, C2 P, P2 B, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
  • Excellent client engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in an independent capacity with little or no supervision.
