Key Responsibilities
  • Develop reputation management plans to enhance clients' online presence.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.

The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also required.
