We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in a pivotal business development role. This crucial position is responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and implementing comprehensive strategies encompassing client visits, product demonstrations, and meticulous order management.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be adept at solving technical issues, leading promotional activities, ensuring stock availability, and providing detailed daily/monthly reports. They will be expected to travel extensively for sales and attend exhibitions to network, identify new leads, and represent the company.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Sales: Effectively handle client visits, conduct compelling product demos to prospective and existing clients, and drive new business acquisition and foster strong relationships.
- Order & Supply Chain Management: Oversee order management processes, ensure vigilant supply monitoring to guarantee timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Technical Support & Problem Solving: Actively solve technical issues that arise during client interactions or product usage, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Promotional Activities & Stock Management: Lead promotions to boost product visibility and sales, and ensure consistent stock availability to meet market demand and minimize backorders.
- Reporting & Market Presence: Prepare and submit accurate daily/monthly reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights. Attend exhibitions to network, identify new leads, and represent the company.
- Travel: Be prepared for extensive travel, typically 15-20 days/month, to manage sales territories and client engagements effectively.
- Proven experience in client visits and conducting product demos.
- Strong capabilities in order management and supply monitoring.
- Aptitude for solving technical issues.
- Experience in leading promotions.
- Ability to ensure stock availability.
- Proficiency in daily/monthly reporting.
- Experience in attending exhibitions.
- Willingness to travel 15-20 days/month for sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
