Job Overview

The Transformation Management Office is accountable for the complete lifecycle of customer journeys from Requests for Proposals to Transition executions.

This role will support end-to-end transition solutions and participate in various initiatives to enhance the framework, automation, and Centers of Excellence libraries.

  • Support Transition Managers in customizing and tailoring transition solutions and sizing for diverse Requests for Proposals.
  • Help create week-on-week transition ramp-ups and provide comprehensive inputs for transition costs based on Centers of Excellence's cost and effort models.
  • Participate in internal reviews to get the transition solution ready.
  • Support the creation of transition-related content and presentations for client bid defense.
  • Support in due-diligence exercises.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesA. Transition Solution:
  • Overall responsibility to support Transition Managers.
  • Support the company's transition framework, tools & accelerators are followed.
  • Help Create week-on-week transition ramp-ups.
  • Provide comprehensive inputs for transition costs based on Centers of Excellence's cost and effort models.
  • Participate in internal reviews.
  • Support the creation of transition-related content and presentations.
B. Transition Executions:
  • Support Transition Managers in management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program.
  • Monitor progress of transition plan and the associated tasks and responsibilities against the transition schedule, timelines and milestones.
  • Take Minutes for transition cadence meetings.
  • Support Transition Managers Identify, monitor and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
C. Transition CoE Initiatives:
  • Participate in the CoE initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools and templates.
  • Support in preparation of content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives aimed at increasing the internal and external visibility.
Must-have Competencies
  • Demonstrate good project management skills and experience of working on at least 1 application transition projects.
  • Logical mindset and ability to learn.
  • Experience with Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Teams).
  • Must have a collaborative mindset and develop amicable working relationships with teams.
