About the Role:

This position is responsible for driving business growth and sales of Low Voltage Switchgear products in Pune and surrounding areas. As an experienced sales professional, you will develop customer development plans, present ABB's extensive portfolio, and establish effective customer relationships to promote customer understanding of our full product offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer development plans using company tools.
  • Present ABB's portfolio to customers and manage lead management and opportunity funnel management in Salesforce.
  • Generate agreed sales leads to support the sales funnel.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8-10 years' experience with minimum 6-7 years low voltage switchgear experience either sales or business development.
  • Business development experience of low voltage switchgear for Pune customers and projects is preferred.
