Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Manager to lead our team in achieving excellence in manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Goods manufacturing, with experience in production improvement project management and Lean sigma certification. Key qualifications include:

  • A thorough understanding of Manufacturing Excellence principles, TQM, TPM, and Autonomous Maintenance.
  • Ability to drive process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization.
  • Experience in standardizing process improvement approach across units, sustaining improvement of Global Supply, making KPIs against unit level performance targets, and demonstrating rigor in implementation of Global ManEx processes and standards.
  • Demonstrated managerial leadership skills, develop their team against role capabilities, drive Diageo Leadership standards and individual development plan targets, guide auditable improvement in employee technical capabilities, and drive implementation of improvement programs and culture change.
