Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and data entry operators.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required.
  • Serve as the communication link between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings.
  • Track resource availability and assist with workload distribution.
  • Ensure projects adhere to organizational processes and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role for at least 2-3 years.
  • Experience coordinating IT/software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP are preferred but not mandatory.
