Technical Project Manager Role

Looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our Product Implementation team in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing projects efficiently, managing resources effectively, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring project goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive project plans, maintain versions, and obtain client approval as needed
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams
  • Triage requirements, arrive at solutions, or seek assistance from management to meet project deadlines
  • Lead the implementation process, close out with clients, and hand over to support teams
  • Generate Change Requests, deliver client requirements within agreed timelines, and ensure exceptional quality
  • Utilize supporting teams as needed, engage in process improvement initiatives, limit functional bugs, and communicate upfront about potential schedule impacts
  • Maintain accurate project status and progress data, train self and team members on implementation processes, and have hands-on experience in project management using various tools
  • Have a good understanding of design and solution processes, handle fixed-price projects, restrict scope creep, and resource wastage, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
