At Responsible Mica Initiative, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Workplace Standard Auditor and Trainer to support our activities in India and strengthen our global efforts towards fair, responsible, and sustainable mica supply chains.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting gap assessments of Indian mica processors and mines against our Global Workplace Standard (GWS) and forthcoming mining standard. They will also develop corrective action plans and support implementation, monitoring progress toward compliance with our workplace standards. Additionally, they will coordinate collective third-party audits for RMI members, liaise with accredited auditing companies, and develop training content on our standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting gap assessments of Indian mica processors and mines against RMI's GWS and forthcoming mining standard
  • Developing corrective action plans and supporting implementation, monitoring progress toward compliance with RMI's workplace standards
  • Coordinating collective third-party audits for RMI members, liaising with accredited auditing companies, and developing training content on RMI standards

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to federate
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to work proactively and independently
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, high level of integrity and ethical standards
