Hospitality Operations Manager

Stealth Startup is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team.
Location: Bangalore, India
Compensation: ₹30k - ₹40k per month + incentives and perks
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who will take complete ownership of property management, operations, and guest experience. In this role, you'll ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, deliver exceptional guest service, and foster strong relationships with property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure properties are impeccably maintained, clean, and always guest-ready.
- Oversee smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle all guest communication with a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality service, consistently aiming to exceed guest expectations.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance staff, and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, addressing their concerns and optimizing property performance.
- Liaise with building management, societies, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Document all operational activities, including guest feedback, property conditions, and staff performance.
- Identify areas for improvement in operations and guest experience, implementing best practices for efficiency and quality.
- Proactively resolve on-ground issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prior relevant experience from Nestaway, NoBroker, Cult.Fit, or similar facilities and property management companies (2+ years preferred).
