We are a well-established restaurant chain featuring in India's Top 50 Best Pubs and Bars, located at Anjuna Beach, Goa. We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Key areas of focus include staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, prioritizing excellent customer experience and efficient service delivery.
- Train and manage staff effectively, creating schedules that meet business needs while promoting team motivation and development.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, addressing guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, managing stock effectively to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Promote sales through innovative specials and events, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and knowledge of food safety standards is highly desirable.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
