Business Growth Strategist Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with brand managers and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators for high-impact campaigns.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies, including emails and calls, to engage new leads and convert them into clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • Existing network of brand contacts to open doors and fast-track growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep Knowledge of Influencer Marketing Platforms & Trends:
  • Staying updated with the latest changes in influencer marketing.
  • Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills:
  • Persuasive, articulate, and confident when handling objections or closing deals.
  • Strategic Thinking:
  • Creating high-conversion pipelines and designing tailored strategies based on brand needs and audience insights.
  • Relationship-Oriented:
  • Genuinely enjoying building and nurturing long-term business relationships.

This role requires travel to the Central Line region.
