Job Title

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an operational strategy that supports the company's legal and corporate services.
  • Oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client service excellence.
  • Implement best practices in operational management, digital transformation, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law, accounting, tax, or another business-related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in senior management positions in financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of key financial services and industry-related legislation.
  • Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative, positive and proactive, dedicated, focused, and revenue-driven.
