Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technology transfer from headquarters in Germany.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for tool integration.
- Coordinate extensively with Siemens AG.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with SAP systems.
- Define MRP parameters and coordinate with planning departments.
- Impart training on digital tools to stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics, SPR, and order management/engineering teams.
- Cater to customer non-standard requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer projects to define project scope.
- Coordinate acquisition and execution teams for customer orders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in the electrical/electronics industry.
- Proficient understanding of medium voltage switchgear.
- Preferred experience in project management.
- Familiarity with Nxtools+ is a plus.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of business models, functions, and their inputs/outputs.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
