Product Vision Expert

As a key figure in product development, you will play a pivotal role in transforming strategic vision into actionable deliverables. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-impact features that align with our goals.

  • Craft compelling product goals and vision.
  • Align product strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Ensure backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and understood by the team.
  • Refine the backlog based on feedback and changing requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent and Analytics.
  • Xactly Connect platform development expertise.
  • Knowledge of database querying and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Collaborate during sprint planning to define goals and select backlog items.
  • Review completed work and accept or reject it based on predefined criteria.
  • Evaluate product performance and user feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
