Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining active communication with stakeholders and project managers regarding project progress.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze administrative requirements, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions. You will also manage travel arrangements, support invoicing closure, and provide back-end support to enable smooth execution and implementation of client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
  • Schedule meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Support invoicing closure and calendar management to meet business objectives.
  • Provide back-end support for client project implementation and coordination.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPIs and timely execution of SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in operations or consulting.
