We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, a proven ability to generate new business, and a hunter mindset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US. This will involve generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
In addition to building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives, the Business Development Manager will also be responsible for understanding client requirements and working with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both client and company.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
