About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and on-time airport operations while delivering exceptional service to our passengers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling reservations and ticketing across the counter.
  • Making flight bookings and remitting cash to relevant departments.
  • Answering customer queries efficiently over the telephone.

Additionally, the Airport Operations and Customer Services Officer will:

  • Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
  • Set up check-in counters.
  • Screen checked-in baggage according to procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality check-in procedures.
  • Assist customers with special requests, ensuring a smooth departure experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with passengers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and manage reservations accurately.

Additional Requirements

  • Hold a valid passport.
  • Be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Have flexibility in their weekly offs.
