Advanced Identity Access Management Specialist

Job Title: Advanced Identity Access Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for identity access management and Sailpoint systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including PCI DSS and SWIFT.
- Design and optimize OAM and Sailpoint platforms.
- Manage capacity and upgrades, leading major incidents as needed.
- Mentor junior teams and produce post-incident reports.
- Define standards, implement automation scripts, and maintain strong documentation.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning drills.
- Perform performance baselining and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience working in a similar environment.
- Expertise in identity access management, Sailpoint, Unix/Linux, ITIL processes, and SWIFT compliance.
- Capacity planning, disaster recovery strategy, and ServiceNow/BMC.
- Automation, vendor administration tools, and scripting skills.
