Job Title:

An Information Access Specialist is required to manage daily operations for the Identity and Access Management – Data Services function.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert, while following documented processes without any deviations.

Monitoring activities are performed to guarantee data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Key responsibilities include ensuring Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, extracting/sourcing Userlists, converting and uploading them to Onecert, and fulfilling requests raised by stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.

Responsibilities also include implementing Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes, establishing/participating in collaborations with external teams for Userlists sourcing, and highlighting/mitigating risk pertaining to IAM process.

Additional tasks involve undertaking reviews and exercises in relation to Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implementing enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Training - SAILPOINT Certifications.
  • Certifications - EXCEL VBA and Macros.
  • Language - English.
