Identity Management Specialist

As a seasoned Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge identity solutions to drive business growth. With 4+ years of experience in this field, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Implementation: You will design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization, including provisioning, lifecycle automation (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Connector Development: Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Secure Code Authoring: Write secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Environment Monitoring and Support: Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.
Core Qualifications:
  • Identity & Access Management Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • CI/CD and DevOps Expertise: Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical Skills: Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell) and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • IAM Lifecycle Processes: Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills, underpinned by Care, Courage, and Commitment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Financial Services Experience: Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Implementation Professional).
