Support Student Mental Health Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology and experience working with youth or academic mental health.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and knowledge of Bengali is required. The ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and stay on campus is essential.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide mental health support to students on a rotational basis.
- Conduct counseling sessions in student hostels and facilitate online walk-in sessions.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to build trust and accessibility with students.
- Maintain accurate case notes and records while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- Experience working with youth or academic mental health preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of Bengali a plus.
