Mental Health Professional

">Description:

The organization seeks a skilled Mental Health Professional to oversee wellness and mental health initiatives across its campuses. This role involves providing strategic leadership, supervising teams, and developing programs to promote well-being among the academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise mental health professionals at various campuses
  • Conduct regular team meetings, strategy reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Collaborate with teams to standardize wellness services across campuses
  • Design, execute, and monitor institution-wide wellness programs
  • Provide clinical supervision and escalation support to team members
  • Develop and coordinate crisis response protocols institution-wide
  • Organize training sessions on mental health topics
  • Draft and uphold wellness-related policies and confidentiality protocols

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
  • Minimum 7-10 years in clinical or counselling practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
