Job Title: Cloud Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures on Azure.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in cloud-based data platforms, who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale data migrations to large-scale data warehousing initiatives.

Your expertise in cloud-based data platforms will enable us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data architectures on Azure
  • Develop data models and data pipelines to support business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to define data quality standards and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain and improve existing data systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Expertise in cloud-based data platforms (Azure)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data pipelines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies
